A one-bedroom B&B currently operating in the Santa Barbara district of Sal Rei, Boa Vista, Cape Verde. The property sits within walking distance of the town center, the fish market, and the "Casa del Pescatore" restaurant, with the nearest beach a few minutes on foot and the Estoril tourist area approximately 15 minutes away.

The building is a complete reconstruction of a traditional Cape Verdean house, retaining its original exterior while incorporating new construction throughout, under the design and supervision of Oscar Espino Suarez. Across three floors the property holds four bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and terrace; a breakfast room; a fully equipped kitchen; a ground-floor courtyard covered by bougainvillea; and a panoramic rooftop terrace. Finishes include polished cement floors, masonry bathrooms in local style, Italian-imported tiles on the courtyard and terraces, and custom furniture by local craftsmen. All rooms are equipped with double bed, wardrobe, refrigerator, desk, TV, air conditioning, and ceiling fan.

Infrastructure includes island-wide Wi-Fi, five-camera video surveillance, a backup generator, and a 2,000-liter potable water tank. The B&B is listed on Booking.com and Airbnb and is managed by local staff. High season runs October through April.
