Apartment with pool in Azul Tower

Azul Tower is a new residential and tourist development under construction in Sal Rei, Boa Vista, Cape Verde. Designed by Italian studio Christian Grande, the eight-storey building integrates contemporary architecture with natural materials. First-floor apartments are available with one or two bedrooms, each with continuous balconies and direct access to ground-floor galleries and gardens.

The first-floor units feature open-plan living areas and balconies oriented toward the horizon. The building's architectural orientation is designed to provide shade and natural ventilation during peak heat hours. Shared amenities include a rooftop lounge bar, solarium, and infinity pool.

Azul Tower is a new-build project; units are offered off-plan at this stage.
